Welcome to TuanPets (the "App"). We care about your privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. We Do Not Collect Personal Data
The App does not collect, sell, or share personally identifiable data, including but not limited to:
- Name, phone number, or email address
- Precise location information
- Contacts or photos, except content you actively create and save in the App
- Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data
We do not use your data for advertising, user profiling, or third-party marketing.
2. How Data Is Stored
Business data that you actively create in the App, such as pet profiles, daily records, and shared care notes, is used only to provide the App's core features. This data is stored in your iCloud environment through Apple CloudKit.
- Cloud storage is provided by Apple CloudKit
- We do not maintain our own user behavior data warehouse
- We do not sync your data to third-party servers outside the Apple platform
3. Shared Care
When you actively share records or invite collaborators, you authorize the related records to be visible to invited members so collaboration features can work. Outside the collaborator relationship you choose, we do not disclose your content data.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable product and engineering measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. You should also protect your Apple account and device access.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended to be used independently by children under the age of 14. If a guardian finds that a minor has submitted inappropriate information without consent, please contact us so we can help address it.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You can manage your data at any time by:
- Editing or deleting content you created in the App
- Managing sync behavior through iCloud or CloudKit settings
- Stopping use of the App
7. Updates to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you through in-app prompts or page updates. The updated version takes effect from the date it is published.
